The Buffalo Screams Horror Film Festival will screen CRIMSON: THE MOTION PICTURE as a special non-competition screening at its third edition, which runs October 17th - 21st at the Dipson Market Arcdade Film and Arts Centre in downtown Buffalo. CRIMSON, a gritty and violent riff on the superhero genre, is the feature film directorial debut of Niagara Falls, New York filmmaker Ken Consentino, and screens courtesy of POP CInema's Shock-O-Rama label. POP CInema is a sponsor of the festival, and Paige K. Davis, Director of Business Development for the company, will appear as a guest, offering distributrion tips to independent filmmakers. The mission of Buffalo Screams is two-fold: to bring the best independent genre films from around the world to Buffalo, and to showcase rising talent in Western New York.
